Q: Where is your factory ? Can we visit your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China, 17kms away from Ningbo Airport. We sincerely welcome customers to visit our company and factory.
Q: Could you add our logo on your products?
A: Yes,if your quantity more than 50pcs. we could add your logo on the products.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 1-2 days if the goods are in stock. or it will be 3-5 weeks if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge, but do not pay the cost of express freight.
Q: What is your payment term and payment way?
A: Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance , balance before shippment. Payment ways are : T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Alipay.
Q. What’s the shipping way?
A: For small packages, we will choose the door to door express, we cooperated with UPS,DHL,FEDEX,TNT more than 10 years,we gurantee the shipping cost that we offer to you will be the most favorable price among so many suppliers in China. We will send you the tracking number once we got it.
