The seal is a snap ring+dust proof+rod seal trinity pneumatic rod seal, which is fast in installation
Green polyurethane material, with good dry friction resistance, weather resistance and wear resistance.
Careful installation and initial lubrication are important means to ensure the service life of seals.
Installation steps
1.Please align the side with words in the groove with the inside of the cylinder, and do not install it reversely.
2.Push the sealing ring into the cylinder head. An audible click indicates that it has entered the installation position.
3.Apply a proper amount of grease on the inner diameter of the seal ring to improve the service life of the seal ring.
4.Wrap a proper amount of adhesive tape around the piston rod thread to avoid scratching the seals when the piston rod is inserted.
5.Insert the piston rod and fix the cylinder head.
